I emailed with EMILY WATSON from in about 40 emails and in customer support tickets I submitted on /contact. I tried to get help from them for the technical malfunctions of the screen recorder I bought from FonePaw for 70 days.
THIS MESSAGE IS TO WARN AND PROTECT POTENTIAL FONEPAW CUSTOMERS AGAINST BEING ROBBEDįONEPAW IS A SCAM. This company should NOT be allowed to exist based on their lack of knowledge of their products and more importantly their HORRIBLE customer service. The problem with their detailed instructions was it requesting logs for the FonePaw Data Recovery product which is not what I purchased or even mentioned in any of my communications. On August 1,2022, I received a response telling me that they wanted to do further troubleshooting and gave me detailed instructions on what to do to provide them the logs needed to troubleshoot the problem. On July 19,2022, I asked for the status of the refund.
Please wait patiently." that was on July 11,2022. After 1 month, I finally received this response: "We have verified your order information, your situation meets our company's refund policy condition. There is no distinction on any of their material that indicates that group text messages are not included in the backups. That does NOT show me how to backup group messages.
